Hybrid Technology Partners

Hybrid Technology Partners (formerly Hybrid IT), a software development, IT support services and IT consultancy company, chose to outsource their marketing function to 2020 Brand + Marketing Visionaries to help them identify new opportunities and attract more customers to grow their business.

We conducted research amongst the company’s key stakeholders to ascertain their attitudes and perceptions towards Hybrid IT. From this work, we identified that a rebrand and new positioning would be key in helping to achieve the company’s underlined objectives. This enabled the company to reposition itself in the marketplace and play to its core strength as ‘Technology Experts in Streamlining Business’. The new company name ‘Hybrid Technology Partners’ and positioning statement clearly defines the company’s value, which in turn helps identify the type of customers it should target. The new brand identity was implemented on all key touch points including stationery, building signage, van signage, datasheets and internal documentation. Following this, a new mobile-responsive website was also developed by the 2020 team.
